For our 1 year warranty, we will repair or replace the device for one full year from date of original sale.
Any refunds will be issued back to the same card or method that you used for the original purchase and the time it takes to receive the refund will depend in part on your specific card issuer’s policies. We strive to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible.
